We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original, uninstalled condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original hardware and documentation.
How to Request a Return

- All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Airbags and airbag modules (deployed or undeployed)
- Seatbelt pretensioners and retractors
- Electrical components (sensors, modules, control units) once removed from original packaging
- Special order or custom-sourced parts
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Shipping
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments
- Freight items (bumpers, hoods, large assemblies) may incur return freight charges
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (313) 586-5937 with photos of the damage or incorrect part. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Fitment Issues
Parts returned due to fitment errors are subject to our standard return policy. We strongly recommend verifying fitment by calling us at (313) 586-5937 before ordering. We are not responsible for parts ordered for incorrect vehicles.
Warranty
All OEM New parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.
