2. OEM Parts & Condition

All parts listed as "OEM New" are genuine original equipment manufacturer parts in new condition unless otherwise stated. Part numbers and supersession information are provided where available. Photos are representative of the actual part.

3. Safety-Critical Parts

Many parts sold on this site, including airbags, seatbelts, and related safety components, are safety-critical. These parts must be installed by a qualified automotive technician. Improper installation of safety-critical components can result in serious injury or death. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that installation will be performed by a qualified professional.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at (313) 586-5937. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping

We ship from Michigan. Most orders ship same business day when placed before 3:00 PM EST. Freight items (bumpers, hoods, large assemblies) require additional handling time and will ship via freight carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. All returns must be authorized in advance. Electrical components, airbags, and deployed safety parts are non-returnable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4x4 Motors OEM Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
